Was Heroin Addiction Responsible for Actor Philip Seymour Hoffman’s Death?

Heroin addiction appears to be a factor in the sudden death of Oscar-winning actor Philip Seymour Hoffman. The 46-year-old father of three was found in a Manhattan apartment with a needle still embedded in his arm.
