Business Development Specialist
Evaluate demand for services, as well as demand and nature of competitors’ services
Work within the community to build relationships with new and existing referral sources/providers
Continuously evaluate marketing strategy based on knowledge of new objectives and market characteristics; redevelop as necessary
Speak clearly to potential clients in order to effectively communicate services and actively listen to our client needs
Be a support to family members in a time of crisis and placement of their loved one. On call 24-7 to assist family members or referral sources
Make face-to-face visits with local treatment centers, detoxes, etc…to continue awareness of services and conduct presentations as needed
Work collaboratively with the Destination Hope admissions department
Attend marketing events/conferences
Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities
Support all company initiatives, give actionable feedback, share best practices and serve as advocate and information source for company
Performs other duties assigned
